We are Prometheus Bikes, a family business from Beselich, Hesse, that develops and produces bicycles for children and young people. Our passion for cycling has inspired us to build safe and durable bikes that are perfectly tailored to the needs of children and young people. As parents, we know exactly what is important: reliable bikes that are fun and safe.
Our mission? To support families in cycling and to experience adventures on two wheels together!
Two-wheel mechanic (m/f/d)
What we are looking for:
- Two-wheel mechanic (m/f/d) full-time, part-time or as temporary help
- Completed vocational training as a two-wheeler mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Passion for bicycles and technical know-how
- Experience in bicycle assembly, maintenance and repair - ideally in the area of children's and youth bicycles
- Reliable, careful and independent way of working
- Enjoy working in a small, informal team
Your tasks:
- Assembly and construction of our high-quality children's and youth bikes
- Maintenance and repair of bicycles
- Quality control and final inspection of products before delivery
- Support with logistical tasks, e.g. preparing shipments or managing spare parts
